✅ Cup material
Food-grade PP (polypropylene): resistant to low and high temperatures (microwaveable), highly flexible, and不易破裂.
Matte/satin finish: available in matte finish (for a sophisticated look) or glossy finish (easy for printing).
✅ Cup lid design
Material: PP/PS (matched with the cup body).
Sealing:
Snap-on sealing lid: leak-proof design, suitable for takeout and transportation.
Flat lid + aluminum foil film: heat-sealable, with better preservation effect.
Opening types:
Direct drinking opening (suitable for direct consumption).
Sipping opening (φ8-10mm, compatible with standard straws).
✅ Special structure
Thickened bottom of the cup: strong stability, suitable for multi-layer desserts (such as crumb cups, tiramisu). Anti-slip design: Anti-slip patterns on the bottom of the cup or thickening treatment to prevent sliding when placed.
