Single-layer PET: Economical, suitable for short shelf life beverages
Multi-layer PET: Middle oxygen barrier layer (EVOH/PA), extends shelf life to 12 months
Aluminum-coated PET: UV protection, suitable for photosensitive beverages

Pressure resistance ≥ 6 bar (standard for carbonated beverages)
Temperature range: -20℃~70℃ (applicable for pasteurization)
Production process
Injection molding + Blow molding: The bottle blank is injection molded and then blow-molded under high pressure.
Crown reinforcement: Crystallization treatment (to enhance the strength of the threads) Printing process: UV digital printing / heat transfer printing (full-page printing is possible)
