1. Basic parameters
Capacity: 30ml / 50ml / 100ml / 120ml (common specifications, 5%-10% space should be reserved for the actual filling volume)
Material:
Bottle: Aluminum alloy (usually AL3003 or AL5052, lightweight and corrosion-resistant)
Coating: optional internal coating (epoxy resin, etc.) or external coating (matte/gloss paint)
Valve system: plastic or metal valve (needs to be compatible with the contents, such as alcohol resistance, oil resistance, etc.)

2. Spray system parameters
Nozzle type:
Standard spray (atomization), fine mist, foam nozzle, etc.
Trigger type (trigger nozzle) or press type (actuator)
Nozzle diameter: 0.2-0.5mm (affects the atomization effect)
Spray volume: 0.1-0.3ml/time (depending on the valve design)
Valve tightness: Need to pass the leakage test (usually ≥0.8MPa air pressure without leakage)

3. Performance standards
Pressure resistance: ≥0.8-1.2MPa (to ensure safety and sealing)
Temperature range: -10℃~50℃ (to avoid high temperature deformation or low temperature brittle cracking)
Compatibility: It is necessary to mark whether it is suitable for water-based, oil-based, alcohol or flammable liquids
